The tech was here less than an hour and replaced both springs. Springs cost no more than $300.00 at best according to my research. So $500.00 for an hour of labor and travel time. And I was told that I wouldn't be charged a service call. SO, would I use them again? No. And I know better than to wait until the tech is on site before I know the cost. I have no ill feeling toward the company, but they wanted my review. Buyer-beware....my fault. SMM"
