"I was immediately called by Commercial and Home Services Unlimited minutes and within an hour and a half there at my house. Charles was very professional and asked what work I was wanting to get done. Job was completed and approximately 2 to 3 hours and Charles came in and explained every question I had and explained what he had done which was replaced drain shoe pipe and and other pipes leading out to the air vent and waste line. I was very pleased with punctuality communication and professionalism. Charles insured if there was any problems I could call him and he would be back to take care of any problem. "Someone came out the day before to see where the furnace was going to be installed. He suggested we go with a slightly larger unit for the size of our house, but we opted to go with the unit that was included in the deal.
Two men came out and installed the A/C and furnace. They told us they would be done with everything in about 4 hours, and kept pretty close to that. The furnace and A/C are both working perfectly so far.
We were mostly very happy with the company and the men who installed our units. There were only a couple minor annoyances. Our old furnace was incredibly rusty inside, and when they removed it from the house, they left a trail of rust and dirt from the basement to the front yard (including through our living room). They did not offer to clean it up, but left it for us to deal with. They also broke a light bulb in the basement and didn't get all the pieces cleaned up.

"If you have a plumbing problem, This is the man to call. He was very up front about what was required to solve the pump problem. His follow through and communication were excellent. The pump was not retaining the pressure needed between uses so was constantly activating. We replaced it. Been working fine since."

"What an adventure but it all worked out! I needed to replace a toilet and wanted to switch to a dual flush so Jacob gave me his opinion on the best makers to look for. I ended up ordering my new dual flush toilet on a Amazon which was a big mistake. Didn’t realize until Jacob went to install the new toilet that the toilet was shattered in one area and would not be installable. Since I insisted on a dual flush Jacob tracked down an alternative in Elk Grove (since local plumbing & home improvement stores don’t carry then in stock, only for ordering). He drove down to get the replacement and installed same day. With the setback of the shattered new toilet I had been prepared to return to the project on a later date but Jacob powered through so there wasn’t a hole in my bathroom floor. What I thought would be a simple replacement (& equally simple cost) ended up being a 3/4 day project and more expensive. But so it goes, I now have a wonderful dual flush toilet that I really enjoy. It was important for me to have the dual flush and I appreciated Jacob understanding when I wouldn’t budge for an easier-to-find standard toilet. Very happy with the final product and service."

"Email communication was hit-or-miss.  Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update.  The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great.  It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece.  It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though.  The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well.  I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again.
