After I contacted your company for a repair, you are now charging me $460.00 to fix the issue. I demand Power Home Remodeling honor the lifetime warranty and repair my gutter system free of charge. This charge directly contradicts the terms of our agreement. I also filed a complaint on BBB.org regarding this issue, but Power Home Remodeling has not complied with my request for a no-cost repair. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I definitely do not recommend any home improvement services from your company.
