"New kitchen was done over by Artisin Contractors that I would not recommend to anyone. New kitchen sink was installed by them and was not done correctly. After months of leaks and water telling them they need to get a real plumber at my house and not a carpenter to fix a plumbing problem he finally called Grade A and got me a real professional plumber. His name is Roy and very professional and knew exactly what the problem was. Roy fixed the problem. He respects your home, when he interned my home he covered his shoes. Very nice man. Thank you."

"Had a leaky pipe in the kitchen sink, as well as a couple of other potential issues. Got three estimates, and Super Rooter was in line with the others. But I chose them because the owner's son, Frank (I believe that's his name . . . they were here in July, so obviously this is a delayed review), was patient in answering all of my myriad questions and I appreciated that. He came back to do the job at the kitchen sink, and he did it well. Ultimately, I didn't need to address either of the other two things I had initially got estimates for (though I might have to with one of them . . . my fingers are crossed). I give them a "B" on price because I can't accurately gauge the market price for the service that was rendered, but since Super Rooter was in line with the others I'll give them a positive grade. And I give them a "B" on responsiveness because after Frank went back to the office with marching orders to have them follow up to set up a service call, I never heard from them. And so, several days later, I was surprised when Frank rang my doorbell with tools in hand. This is a family-run business, and evidently the mother and/or sister responsible for making appointments fumbled the assignment because they never called me. It’s a good thing I work from home and was around. I probably should give them a “C” for that, but Frank helped them gain the “B” when he called to say he’d be late before arriving to give the initial estimate. Regardless, I won’t hesitate to call Super Rooter if and when the next plumbing issue arises."

"Carlos and his assistant Felix were fantastic and a joy to work with. Got several quotes from a few highly rated contractors to work on a bathroom remodeling, and Homemaster came out with a reasonable and detailed quote breaking down each part of the job. The many great reviews from other clients made the decision to hire Carlos a no-brainer. Once the job started, Carlos and Felix arrived on time every day and the work was done well and with care to detail. Carlos also gave suggestions on what would look nice during the job. I purchased a toilet which from reviews online was a tough install that often took an hour+ to install, but Carlos and Felix with a little help from myself installed it in 15 minutes. It was fun having them around during the 2-week job. Will definitely be hiring them for future home improvement projects. I strongly recommend Homemasters for your bathroom remodeling."

"They had very good availability. They came and did everything as fast as they could. It was very convenient that way. The bad would be that they painted the window seal white. It had previously been a dark color, and I am not sure if they primed it good enough. You can still see the dark color through it. If we used them again we would go over our specifications a little more carefully before hand."

"Prior to performing the work, the plumber accurately identified to location of the leaking pipe within the wall.  Other plumbers suggested that the leak was elsewhere but the plumber from T McCall's was spot on.
I brought the plumber from T McCall's back in to perform the plumbing work after the demolition and drying was completed and he was very knowledgeable and conscientious.  While other plumbers attempted to up-sell to get more work out of me, T McCall's plumber provided a fair assessment of the problem.
I would gladly work with T McCall's again.
