"The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time. When booking the appointment they mentioned they would give a price for the quote, once the work started that would lock in the price no matter what they found. Well, the quote was to replace the fan motor which had burnt out but when the technician tried to do that he realized the whole fan and casing were corroded so he had to replace the whole unit. And true to their word the price did not change. Work was done well if not a little pricey."

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"
