"I give 1 star only because they did a fantastic job of cashing the $6000 check my 78 year old mother wrote. The project to date is still not finished as the owner has recognized. Repeated attempts for communication from Koss ceased after being told that a replacement door would be installed in ?two weeks.? That was January. How can I recommend a so called remodeler for a tub to shower conversion that looks as though it was assembled by an amateur? The shower door is a misfit and there are still areas without sealant. Again, something Michael Koss promised he would take care of. Maybe they do have a specialty, but bathroom renovations isn?t one of them."
