"I cannot thank Spencer enough! He was very patient with me, as I have been suffering terribly. I knew I had toxic mold in my apartment. Spencer did lot's of test. He spent 2.5 hours working, testing air, taking samples and answering my questions. He listened to me. He was so compassionate about what I have been going through for the past couple years. "Advanta set an appointment for someone to inspect. Their project manager Brandon Cook arrived promptly on time and made a careful inspection of the garage area and subsequently my basement where I had had a sump pump malfunction and substantial rainwater backup months before. In each case, he dismissed the concern of mold and explained areas where mold might develop and explanations as to what had probably caused the areas of concern. He was very professional, and helpful and reassuring with clear explanations. AdvantaClean did not charge for this inspection. I would definitely hire them if the need arose."
