"He was hired to convert a brand new furnace that was natural gas over to propane. He put the wrong orifices in and burnt up the heat exchange and destroyed the furnace. We verified with another company that he did indeed install the wrong orifices that destroyed the furnace thus making the warranty for the original furnace null and void. He is not answering our calls after finding out that we wanted to be reimbursed for the new furnace that had to be purchased."

"he snake the toilet for $140 and it did not work so he said it would be another $469 to take the toilet off and look into the matter! That?s over $500 for a clogged toilet. Besides the money, you have to listen to The sales pitch . Honest Abe came out several years ago and my husband almost had to throw him out because he kept trying to sell us a policy for maintenance. I?m a senior on a budget. I can?t afford $600 for a clogged toilet."

They worked all day, not even taking a lunch break The walk in tub required the removal and replacement of door frame and part of door cripplers to make it wide enough for the new tub. They did a lot of the field fabrication in my garage and they left the garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. The project cost a little over $26,000, and of course I also had another contractor install a tankless water heater so we could use the walk in tub, I have another less complicated bathroom to remodel and I will be asking Top Tier to provide a quote."
