He had a device that detected mold where other service wanted to puncture holes in a wall. He showed me what he was doing by the beeps that was being detected when it hit the mold. I could tell there was mold by the automotive beeps by the device. It was understandable, he used state of the art technology and it was transparent and clear on what he was doing to the home owner."
