"Everything went really well. I love the way our kitchen looks now, compared to its previous outdated look (see before after pics). The work schedule extended a few days from what was expected, but that wasn't a big deal to us. The crew was super nice and smart and did a great job making our island square on the corners (since I wanted a more modern look, without "clipped" corners), as well as all of their work to reface our kitchen cabinets and half-bath vanity and make changes to our hearth oak cabinetry. Chad had great ideas for making our kitchen more efficient, such as changing some doors on the lower cabs to drawers...which I am loving! Also I loved that they could put doors over a lot of previously open or glass-faced cabinets, which gave everything a cleaner look. I also love the under-cabinet lighting -- great for tasks and ambience. For the kitchen cabinets, I insisted that the painter use a satin-finish paint, even though his professional advice was to go with a semi-gloss, and, while I like the satin look (it's more matte), he was totally right. The satin finish may not be quite as durable. The semi-gloss would have given me a more durable finish, but, live and learn. I was afraid it would be too shiny, but it isn't shiny...so take my advice and listen to the pros! All in all, we were very happy with Chad and his crew, and they were a pleasure to work with!"

"Great. The 2 men who did the work were very competent craftsmen. My son in law and I did the tear out. The Saner men, put in a new ceiling w/ lighting, did drywall, hung cabinets, hooked up plumbing, reinstalled appliances, installed new dishwasher and microwave, put in countertop with back splash and laid new flooring. They did excellent work. Started when they said they would and worked on our kitchen until it was done. Cleaned up as they went, did not add any surprise charges or change their agreed on price. Mr. Saner gave us good design advice and saved us from some bad design choices on our part. The only negative: they were shorted some cabinet parts and it took 2 weeks to get them shipped to Independence. We are completely satisfied and so happy with the results."

"When I wanted to redo my two bathrooms I shopped around to several contractors. Natural Breeze was among the higher quotes. But I heard very favorable things about them so decided to go with them. From the start to the finish they were very communicative, prompt to respond. I had to wait a while for them to get started but they kept me well informed. The guys they sent over were prompt and very friendly and did a really good job. <br /> The had to remove a toilet and at one point that valve started to leak. I had to call in the evening and within 30 minutes someone was out to work on it, he got it down to a dribble and still wasn't satisfied till it was fixed. <br /> What I loved is at the end of the day they cleaned up the area and at the end of the project did a real good clean (I wish I kept my bathrooms that clean). There was a one mix up at the end and once again they showed how quick they were to react and fix the issue. <br /> I am completely loved their work and would use them again. If you are wanting knowledgeable, professional, friendly people who treat your home as their own, and willing to pay a little extra. Natural Breeze is worth it."

"We were very pleased with the cost of this install.   Alan listened and facilitated getting the <br /> granite and tile that best fit our needs.  All of his crews where very courteous and sought our guidance when <br /> options or questions came up.  <br /> We discussed with Alan the need for his crews to utilize tarps to protect flooring and cabinetry, when working in finished kitchens. <br /> The fact that the counter top fabricator placed the seam over the dishwasher instead of over a cabinet, created problems and required several service calls to re-seam the granite top. <br /> If we have further projects, we would consider using them again. <br /> <br />"
