" Both my washer and dryer went out on the same day. Incredible. I spoke with Allan Brown of Cold Appliance to get things fixed. All I can say is Mr Brown should be called MR Gold because that's the sort of service he provided. He found the trouble with the washer in about 5 minutes and suggested we test the trouble with the dryer by disconnecting the vent, That didn't work so he returned and diagnosed the dryer trouble very quickly as well. He advised us that it was best to purchase a new dryer.  ( The old one was in  place when we bought the house seven years ago). He even suggested a no-frills brand.
As a service to his customers, he has prepared a booklet on helpful maintenance tips for various appliances.
Very friendly and I was very satisfied with his fee. Thank you Allan   !!!!!

"Went very well. No problems whatsoever. He actually went above and beyond what he was hired to do in that he cleaned the fan and the coils near the bottom of the refrigerator."

"Amazing. These people were incredible. The owner is outstanding"

"Great father/son team, I could tell they were both very conscientious in their work. They paid attention to making all the details look good, not just rushing through. The interior door and window openings look good, and the kitchen looks beautiful too. They were really careful to keep the mud off stuff like the windows and appliances, which I appreciate, and they did a great job cleaning up. Nice people, easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend these guys!

"All went very well. Michael was extremely responsive in providing a quote quickly and doing the work on a vowel aggressive schedule that he fit in with his other ongoing jobs. He was prompt, responsive and did a great job painting our newly installed window trim and some very old baseboards and door trim. I recommend Five Star!"

"Justin responded quickly to our request to remove the wall mount TV and install a new wall mount and new 65" TV. He arrived on time, was very professional and answered questions we had. Very knowledgeable and polite. Even helped us old folks with some reconnections and programming of the new TV. We will definitely hire Free Land Handyman again."
