"Mark did a EXCELLENT job on our kitchen remodel. Our kitchen was old and very dated. He opened up a wall between kitchen and dining room and turned it into open concept. AWESOME results. Took everything down to the studs and turned into a BEAUTIFUL kitchen. We are very pleased with the results. His professionalism was excellent and the job was done on time. He also fixed my downstairs bathroom that another contractor messed up. He will be back soon to do our upstairs bathroom. Really looking forward to that. "The designer was always very attentive when I contacted him and would answer (in detail) the numerous questions I would pose. The two contractors who showed up at my home were just as professional and pleasurable to work with. over the course of the week they were coming to my house, any ideas or suggestions from either side were always hashed out as they would materialize and by the end of the project, the end project was essentially exactly as I'd constructed it in my head. The only slight con to the end result was more-so of my own doing than anyone else's, where the light fixtures I'd purchased for the replacement did not come with rods, so a couple of the pendant lights hang crooked."

During the process, my asks continued to evolve and change and he communicated the impact on the project timelines when necessary. That is more important than many people will realize. As a business, a delay in the timeline can be costly. Historically, my experience with contractors has been hit or miss with more on the miss side. But thankfully that wasn't the case with SCS."

I had other estimates but went with Ed, he gave me a date for the following week. He called to reschedule due to rain forecasted he was right it poured but the next day they were there to remove and install a new roof . Everything went as planned roof was completed in less than a day . Crew was polite , cleaned up& did a great job , Ed walked with me to check the property and the roof .
