"I had a problem with my furnace. It would start ok but not fire up. I called Steve's Oil Burner Service because of all the positive reviews. They showed up the very next day (Friday), assessed the situation then ordered the parts needed for repair. They came back after the weekend with parts in hand and I was up and running in no time. They kindly answered every question I had about what they were doing as they were doing it. (I like learning new things) They also went above and beyond the repair to show me things about seasonal maintenance. Their prices are very reasonable. They also replaced a couple of things that they did not charge for(Cleaning and replacement of a couple fittings) I will most definitely use their services in the future. "Expensive, but came when it was an emergency. Checked most of the boiler (not the hot water coil). Gave a complete price for all their recommendations. I agreed to ALL of their recommendations. Paid in full. But have not done the service part and even changed the appointment to do this service from November 11 to December 6. Seems if they came all the way here and spent 4 hours to evaluate, and fix at their suggestions, it would be time efficient to stay one more hour to finish what was paid for."

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"
