"Professional and friendly service. Not cheap."

"Eddie did a fantastic job. He was able to come earlier, which helped me out. He explained what he was doing and got to work. One drain was a particularly hard job, but he kept at it until it worked perfectly. There were no hidden charges or attempts to jack up the cost. When he finished, he cleaned up completely. I would definitely recommend him and use him again if we need to."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"The service was awesome and they were great."

"I needed 2 dryer vents cleaned - one on the 2nd floor and a vent cap replaced (also on the 2nd floor). All the companies I initially contacted would not do the job for a variety of reason. Superior did all the work I needed plus replaced the dryer hose on one unit (which we had not discussed). Additionally, I had purchased a vent cap but it did not fit. Superior had one on the truck which did fit and they got the job done! Excellent service!"

"Excellent service from beginning to end. I first called to request the service, I could not speak with any members, but they promptly returned my call, understood the request and made an appointment. The day of service, the technician arrived on time and explained the work to be done and eventually his findings. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He also gave us tips on how to better maintain the system for improved performance. Overall, excellent service. We highly recommend then and we will definitely use them again"

"My husband and I bought a condo in Waltham and called Obie VERY last minute to install 3 ductless ac units in our new 1500sf home. They offered a very reasonable quote (that came in roughly $4,000 less than other quotes we received) and they promised to do their best get us installed within a 2-week timeframe. Upon hearing that we were moving into our new home with a toddler during a heat advisory, they bumped up our appointment to just a few days later. They had originally said that the install would take up to 4 days but with some sort of amazing magic, they did the entire installation in just one day. We are so, so grateful for the incredible speed, professionalism and above all, kindness that Obie showed us throughout this process. Thank you so, so much, Obie Team!!! We deeply appreciate the beautiful units, clean installation and cool air!"

"Easy to schedule. Showed up on time. Showed pictures and explained results clearly. Very responsive with respect to providing an estimate for additional services.

"Our Cambridge-based plumbers recommended Trimarchi Electrical. It was a fairly massive project that another electrician walked away from, but Mike took all the extra complications in stride. He's happy to explain what he's doing and why he's doing it, which I really appreciate. I've used 4 electricians in the last two years and Mike is the only one I want to come back. FYI, he also does small projects, like moving a switch or adding an outlet."
