"Jeff and team recently painted and performed numerous other home improvement updates on our 1981 ~2400 sq ft house. The paint job is very nice - all walls and trim, house, garage and basement. It was great that they are also able to do painting-related updates ranging from new electrical outlets, closet maid installs, new door hardware, etc. at the same time, and that help show off the freshly painted and updated house. They were also willing to come out and do some smaller touch-up jobs after all our furniture and carpet was installed. The JAM team had done some painting in our old house and when we moved and first needed a basically whole house paint job, we got two painting quotes and decided to go with JAM as the two quotes were very similar and we had enjoyed working with Jeff and team in the past. "-- MHI Painting did a great job with my project from estimate to completion. Mike was willing to explain what he wanted to do and why he wanted to do it. I’m not a DIY person, so hearing his explanations helped me understand his proposal. -- The job consisted of repainting kitchen and family room in the same colors which I really liked but were old and needed freshening. Billy took switch plate covers to the paint supplier to get a match. It also included painting new wood trim around a recently replaced patio door. The workspaces painted included tray and coved ceilings. -- Billy’s team did an excellent job of painting and clean-up and showed respect for my property. -- This is the second time I have used MHI and they have now done both exterior and interior work for me. "Craig ordered replacement for 3 new cupboards. was able to do this during pandemic by using my photos and measurements. Old cupboards removed and new ones installed in about 5 hours. Look great. They even fixed the door to the laundry room. Were very respective of COVID restrictions during work."

"From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs.  Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating.  In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order.  After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes.  He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me.  Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would  be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work.  One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones.  They were on time and prompt in their arrival.  They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day.  As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place.  We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved.  While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home.

"The power washing went great. Didn't know the deck was so dirty. Two girls came and painted the deck a few days later (it had been raining). They chatted away the whole time, it was kinda cute. The next day, the deck looked nice, until I looked a little closer. Right through the middle the paint was not blended well. They had left a jagged diagonal line down the middle of the deck. It really shined in the sun. Contacted the company and sent pics to show how the deck looked. The woman was very nice and promised to send someone out to look at the work. Due to rain and scheduling they did not come until Saturday morning almost a week later. I was away on vacation by then, returning that day. When they came on Sat. morning they spoke to my daughter and she did not leave me a message, and was not home when I got home. I immediately let my dogs out, not realizing the deck was wet and when they came in they tracked red deck paint all over. I am not happy about the paint in my house and on my chairs but it was not their fault. It was my daughter's for not leaving a note. 
I would like to hire them to finish the railings and slates but I'm not sure how that will work as they can not power wash this time. I wish I had realized that power washing and painting 1/2 the deck was not practical. I was only thinking of the additional money and was planning on doing it the next month. I think it should have been explained a little better or set the job up to do the whole thing at once. All in all, it was an ok job but I'm still not sure how I am going to get the railings and slates done now."

"Terry was the best.  Completed the job as promised in about 40 minutes.  Also saw there was a problem with the cabinet hinge, took off the bad parts, told me where to get replacements and how to install them.  Will use this service again (all ready scheduled the next job).  Very professional and personable.  Would recommend to anyone.  You will not be unhappy.
