They did a complete overhead water repipe. The end result was greater water pressure than we've had since we first moved in 10 years ago. No more leaking pipes or low water pressure! They're professional, friendly and competent. They listened to my requests and worked with us to come up with the best solution. They also installed a Moen in line water monitoring system. We also used them for smaller plumbing issues. They honored their original quotes which were lower than the 2 estimates we received from other companies. Proline came out and made a very reasonable price to replace all the water lines with new PEX and they replaced all of my faucets with ones I had picked out. "My kitchen sink had a simple leak around my faucet. I couldn't fix it myself bc of how tight the nuts were screwed on underneath my sink. I knew I would have to call the professionals because if anything broke at least they would be insured. Tipton called and came out 30 minutes later to fix my sink. It took the repair guys maybe an hour to fix it. They knew what they were doing and they didn't mind my dog sitting there watching them bc my dog is very curious. I knew it would cost a bit of money to get just a simple sink fixed but it was worth it bc they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this company.."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
