After discussing options to replace both water heaters and choosing a couple of add-ons (electric anode rods and a membership) we questioned whether or not the water heaters were still under warranty. David determined they are under warranty, so all previous decisions were revisited. David didn’t flinch and quickly determined how we could move forward, and provided me with a new quote (labor) and timing for the replacement. The new water heater (decided to replace only the defective one) will be replaced tomorrow (Sunday). We’re looking forward to it. Thanks, David, for all of your help!"
