He had pictures of the washer and dryer on the internet, and when I called, he explained that he checks out all of the machines that he sells and completely refurbishes them before selling them. When he arrived with the washer and dryer, I was even more impressed. They were so nice (they look like they've barely been used) and they both work great. Plus, the price was hard to beat.
