"I made appointment with Action for next day. They arrived on time. Cory inspected and told me about the problems he saw. WHILE I WAS TALKING TO HIM my wife found the receipt from previous work we had done on the door by a different company. I was honest with Cory and told him I was going to step inside the house and call the other company in case their warranty was still in effect. He did not seem to mind a bit. No actual warranty from the other company, but they said they would come out and put cables back on (since nothing was actually broken) for about half what Action was going to charge. I told Cory and he actually seemed HAPPY that I was going to be able to save some money. He left an estimate in case the other company failed to show up. IF I EVER NEED ANY NEW WORK DONE these guys will be at the top of my list. I could not BELIEVE how professional and courteous Cory was even AFTER he learned he was going to make $0.00 from me today."
