"I can't say enough good things about these guys! They provided same-day service (at end of June!) when the largest AC Service provider (you would recognize their name) could not schedule an appointment less than 10 days out. On top of that, Prime AC ended up replacing a 2.5 year old system which the "largest AC Service provider" installed previously which had a 1-year labor warranty. Watch out for those 1-year labor warranties, because it means the provider has no confidence in what they are installing! Prime AC recommended a solution to address the specific needs of my problem with a ten-year warranty, parts AND LABOR! They were very thorough with the install and the system works great. I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing AC issues. They are honest, hard-working, and reasonable...nice to see that still exists in some AC companies."

"I did hire this company to fix my heating problem. Service was awesome! David from DR Air and Heat Services responded within minutes of my request for help. My heater went out in my home. The outside unit was iced over. I had no emergency heat. David determined that I had the wrong thermostats in my home. He quickly replaced and programmed the thermostats. He found a rusty water tray in my attic that was overflowing and rusty. The air filtration system was damaged and he is going to help me avoid a potential disastrous situation, had he not found this now. The water tray was overflowing and rusted. Mold was growing. I have heat tonight! Tomorrow or Saturday I will have a whole new system for a reasonable price. He is going to replace the tray and not charge for one of the thermostats (shhhh.). This is going to be a great experience. David is personable, explains things well and is an asset to this company. I cannot wait to get this taken care of. "Rescue Air did a great job installing my new A/C system yesterday. They arrived with a crew of 5 guys who were well-prepared, energetic, and ready to get the job done. They were extremely thorough. I have two A/C systems in my house. Although they were only replacing one, they performed minor enhancements on the other to extend its life and performance. I paid good money for my new system, but I am firm believer in "you get what you paid for" and I feel that I received great value for my money."

"Polite, and resolved the issue. The price was a little steeper than I expected it should be, based on quick online research. The tech replaced the motor, but the top doesn't look like it was tightened fully, and the wires are visible and strapped to the grill on top, above the fan. The other unit I have the wires are not visible. So over A+ for helping me out quickly. But not a perfect job overall. I'd definitely use them again if I needed help quickly."

"I had them clear my condensate line on my AC. They showed up on time and did that work sufficiently. All is good on step one. The issue arose when I asked them to do a full maintenance check on my AC/furnace since I had been having intermittent issues with my heating coming on. And, unsurprisingly, they said that the repairs would have been in the thousands of dollars and my only realistic option would be to replace the whole unit. A few days ago I was able to completely resolve my heating issues by Googling the problem and subsequently doing a manual re-start on my Nest smart thermostat. Problem resolved by a flip of the switch and I saved 3K+ dollars by not listening to their expert advice. So, my only recommendation to anyone reading this is to ensure that when you hire big commercial AC company repair companies like Enoch, go into it with your eyes wide open. They do not pay a bunch of money for leads because they want to repair your system. That is simply the excuse to get their foot in the door. They want to find an older unit and sell you a new AC unit every time if possible. That is where the big bucks are in this business, not in repair. By and btw, I am confident that they would do a great job installing new systems. But there is little regulation of this industry and no incentive for them to just fix the issue and buy you another few years when they could cash in by telling you that your issue is beyond repair. Notice how most of their reviews here are about installing new units. That is because that is primarily what they advise everyone to do; And people trust them. Here is my expert consumer advice: 1. NEVER buy an AC/heat pump from the initial company that comes out to repair the unit and then tells you that you have no choice but to replace your unit. All you are doing is incentivizing bad behavior. 2. Get a second opinion from another AC company. If they diagnose the exact same thing, then ask for a full replacement bid. Then, advise them that they are competing. 3. Come back to Home Advisor and post that you need a new AC/heat pump and provide the exact size and model number. Then collect the bids, check previous reviews to ensure the company is reliable, and then select the most inexpensive offer. If you make them compete, you will typically save somewhere between 30-40% of replacement costs. Good luck but BUYER BEWARE."
