"I called the Sycamore Foundation after I had leak that flooded my basement and ruined the hardwood on the first floor. Meredith was at my house less than 24 hours later to fix the problem. Meredith is very knowledgeable with water damages restoration and walked me through what he was doing every step of the way. He also sent me daily updates on what he had done each day. On top of all of that Meredith helped me through the insurance process. This was my first time dealing with a major insurance claim and it was overwhelming at times. Overall his work was top notch, his customer service was top notch, and his advice was invaluable. I would recommend and refer anyone dealing with water damage to call The Sycamore Foundation first!"

"Professional and prompt. Cleanup was a 4/5 as I found 3 nails in yard and carpet was dirtied. Excellent mold removal. Would definitely recommend this company."

"They did a great job! Our home insurance were not easy to deal with but Brian and his team handled it well and were fantastic. We even hired them to fix our porch up to hopefully sell in a few months and it looks great! Would hire again and highly recommend!"

"Brian is a person of exceptional character who takes pride in providing honest, high-quality service. He’s detail-oriented, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping others—qualities that are essential in small business. In every project I’ve seen him take on, he demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and is committed to customer satisfaction. I have no doubt that Brian will bring those same values to every client and project. I highly recommend Brian and True North Restoration to anyone in need of dependable and professional water or fire restoration services."

"Without a doubt the best water damage restoration company in the Lexington KY area. You cant go wrong with him. Highly recommended!"

"Tri State Flood sent the work to Property Restoration Inc. so this review is about my experience working with Property Restoration Inc. The team from Property Restoration Inc. was great - showed up early, did a thorough job cleaning up a water leak in a finished basement and provided professional advice and follow up. A+ team!"

"I regret I have to change my review, however, while satisfied with the water restoration, the remodeling never happened. I was put off for one reason or another. I ended up having to get someone else to finish the project. It would have been better to just tell me in the beginning there was no manpower to proceed with the work instead of wasting 3 to 4 weeks of my precious time, esp. in light of the fact I didn't have a kitchen!"

"The handyman, Paul, was punctual, professional and did quality work. He replaced the small section of my wood soffit that had water damage with new wood, painted it and caulked. He cleaned up the area when he was done. Paul also re-secured several of my window shutters that had loose screws. He spray painted the screw caps to match the color of my shutters."
