"I got a message from Alan@ Muddy Water. After calling him.. He and his crew came out a lot sooner then expected, and got right to work assessing issues on the sewer line. They were very professional, and very thorough. They focused on doing the job right. Everything was discussed to my satisfaction and Alan was there from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From now on they are my go-to service."

"Dan Powers. Mark came out and was very kind and very thorough. He took his time and located the problem. and said that if it was to cause us any more problems, to call, and he would come take another look. We are going to have to replace a toilet on a separate issue, and we will be calling him back to replace it. My wife and I were very, very satisfied and pleased with his work and professionalism. RETURN CUSTOMER, INDEED."

Hard working reliable, if I don't have the tool for the job I'll go get the tool😊

"It was fantastic, our sink was clogged in the kitchen and the bathroom. He did his job in just a short time, there was no mess. I have told everyone about this company and will call them again."

"The owner is Thanna and she came out right away and looked at our old tub. She showed up on time, explained all of the details, and we scheduled a day to have the work done.
Prior to our scheduled day she called to confirm, and then showed up on time as promised. She refinished the tub and the soap dish on the wall, as well as installing new drain and overflow hardware. The tub turned out beautifully and we couldn't be happier. She was very professional and very careful to not damage our home.
I would highly recommend Thanna Cline and Perma-Finish if you have an old tub needing help!"

"My wife and I tried to do this project ourselves with help from the internet so, of course, we ended up hitting Angie's List for a plumber that had done work in our area. I called Buddy first thing this morning and told him what we needed. He said he could have someone out around 3pm. The plumber and his assistant arrived at 2:45pm, 15 minutes after I got a call from Buddy letting me know they were on the way. Both guys looked like professional plumbers who had been in the business a long time. This was reassuring. They examined the problem and got right to work. This was a bit of a concern because I had not discussed cost with anyone and was not given an estimate for the project. It was completed in about an hour and the plumber took a few minutes to explain what he had done and offered some additional suggestions to help in the future.Total cost with labor and material came in at just about what I expected so there was no "sticker shock" even though no estimate was given. I would definitely recommend these guys but would also recommend they quote a price before starting work in case their next customer is more price sensitive."

"Sean C. did an expert repair of our dramatic water leak into our garage on Saturday afternoon! He "knows his stuff" very well, and is a very congenial person with whom to work. We would definitely call on Sean at your company, if he is available again. Thank You for his wonderful service."

"Angie, I was glad to find Advent on your web site. The technician did such a great job that I referred them to my friend who was having HVAC problems. Our A/C quit and I thought the problem was the thermostat so I changed it. The unit did not run. I wanted a company that served Eastern OK County & checked Angie's List on-line. Advent is in Choctaw OK and has a superior rating. I know why, now! The tech was running late and called to let me know, which I appreciate. When he arrived, I explained what I had done, saying that I had found the brown wire broken and reconnected it. He traced the wires and got the unit working. What really impressed me was that he doubled checked the unit at the heat pump and found that it was heating, not cooling. He went back to the furnace & thermostat, removed the brown wire, and reversed 2 other wires. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I really enjoyed this experience. Two years ago, when I was very sick, I was "hooked" into a costly plumbing problem by a local contractor. I'll check Angie's List first. Oh, by the way, the original thermostat was defective and the one I installed was good. Thanks Angie, thank you Advent!!!"

I was really pleased with True Tech. I recently purchased a home and Roger was able to answer all of my questions regarding the condition of the home's electrical system. He immediately identified that my breaker box had been recalled and provided me with information about the cost of replacing the box. My biggest pet peeve with many service companies I have encountered prior to today it the use of scare tactics to encourage you to spend more money during the service call. I was very happy to see that True Tech does not do that and when Roger left I felt I had received the facts about what was needed in my home. The price ranges he was able to give me for different work also seemed very reasonable. I will definitely call True Tech again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reasonable professional to assist with home repair.
