We worked with Palmetto Renovations from fall of 2023 through February of this year and we should have connected with their design specialty showroom and staff years ago as our home has never looked better. Our kitchen finally features real stone quartzite with a blend of stunning LVP waterproof flooring, elegant tiled backsplash and an entirely new lighting system from chandeliers to the under cabinet lighting. They replaced a window in the bay area to match the exterior clad. All trim was stained and by the time things were wrapped up, there were no imperfections to even address. "It went amazingly well. The proprietor, James Corder, had come over to my c. 1929 house one afternoon to continue negotiations on a large renovation project. In the course of inspecting rot in the sill and floor joists of one room, he noticed the start of buckling in a wall that was also supporting a second-floor wall. Without hesitation, and without any assurance that the larger job would be his, James leapt into action. On the spot, he came up with a design for emergency bracing and worked up a bill of materials. We got the materials from Lowes and worked together to erect the structure pictured here, which I believe might very well have saved my house. We finished about 9:00 p.m. James is extraordinary in his skill, his brains, his physical strength, and his willingness to do what needs to be done. And he got the big job."
