"On the first visit, the crew arrived late for the measuring and removal due to a problem caused by one of their suppliers. They called in a timely manner to let us know. However, I had to leave for an appointment before they arrived. Another family member was present but my absence led to some misunderstandings on my part and their part. These were finally resolved satisfactorily after several e-mails. Once we placed the order, the door was ready within a week or so. The installation team arrived as scheduled and did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves (which is very important to me). The door is beautiful and works perfectly.
