"A girl came out two months ago and worked with me but I guess I maybe misunderstood what I was buying into but I was quite disappointment with what I've got. I thought I get more that I would get and I thought I would get a design they just sent different ideas and we go back and forth because I put a lot of work into creating the things she needed to see. She send me some samples and there were some things and they brought up some good ideas but I never did kind of get a design. I wanted to kind of visuals what it would all look like and put it all together and I did never get that kind of picture sort of thing they just kind of put some pieces of suggestions. I probably wouldn't do it again. She's very easy to work with and very responsive. She's very nice to work with. I think the breakdown was in understanding on what I was getting for or what I was paying for. I think it should have been made clear upfront."

"Over a period of approximately 3 weeks, water-damaged, drop ceiling tiles, drywall/insulation and carpeting was removed from a basement bedroom following a leak in a water pipe in the ceiling. They treated the studs to remove mold and left a dehumidifier/ large fans to dry out the studs and floor. 
Installed new insulation and drywall, new ceiling tiles, then painted entire room. Carpet was re-installed in the bedroom and stairwell so carpet would match throughout.
The work performed was excellent and personnel were courteous. Besides having some issues with the personnel arriving when scheduled to arrive, we were very satisfied with the whole experience.

"We hired Rick and J Co. for a basement remodel, which included tearing down old wood paneling, ceiling panels, old carpet, and adding waterproofing for about 1200 square feet of space. J. Co did a full demolition, and installed all new lighting, carpet, drywall, electrical, paint and a wall that would create a new bedroom. They installed a new closet in the added bedroom, all new custom doors, painted our laundry room floor, and even did a few odd jobs that came up along the way (repairing an old pipe, rewiring a telephone line, helping install the knob for a fireplace to name a few). Rick and his entire team were wonderful to work with. Even with delays of the major flooding that occurred throughout the city, they still managed to finish in great time and delivered a basement we are very proud of. Every detail was addressed and all guys were professional at all times! They left our space clean and beautiful. We would hire J Co. again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone else!
