After confirming that the water heater needed replaced, all the options and what to expect with the repair and visuals of the new system were explained in detail. No high-pressure sales tactics, no trying to up-sell to tankless system, etc.. etc... Once they arrived, it took maybe 10 minutes to clear out a grease clog 65ft out from my sink. They made it look easy peasy! They're also a 24 hour on call service, if you have a plumbing emergency! "I had already taken the trap off of the piping under the sink and cleaned it out, that didn't fix the clog. Since I realized the clog was somewhere in the pipes behind the wall, I knew I needed professional help. On a Friday morning, I called several places... some of which told me they couldn't get to me until the following Tuesday, others put me on hold when I called, and most were just generally unhelpful which made me decide not to use them. I saw JR Plumbing had an A rating on Angies so I thought I'd give them a try. The owner answered the phone immediately and was able to answer questions and was able to fit me into his schedule within less than 24 hrs. When he arrived he put covers on his shoes and (with no prompting from me) was respectful of my wood floors and carried his necessary equipment instead of rolling it through my house. He was professional, polite and very reasonably priced. If I have plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely give JR Plumbing a call again."

"Jose brought a team and they began working on replacing the smoke detectors, replacing the diverter and tub stopper - which turned into a trial as the diverter was an old piece and he had to go all over town to find a replacement. He installed electrical GFCI outlets in the kitchen, two baths, one in garage and one outside - and went above and beyond by replacing the receptacle housings as well. He also found a leak behind the tub and repaired it after asking permission. the cost was very reasonable and it would have cost me three times as much with a plumber. I would use Jose again and have recommended him to my realtor and other friends. Great job!"
