"Bryan came over to assess the project and he was very friendly and was also very knowledgable. He told me exactly what would be done and made sure to answer any questions I had. We set up a time for his tech to come complete the work. When the tech/plumber arrived the next morning he was also friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in about three hours (which included a brief run to the hardware store to buy parts) and made sure everything was perfect and with no leaks before leaving. In my opinion, one of the best things about this company is their desire to educate the pool owner. Both men that came to my house taught me several valuable things about keeping up my pool. As a new pool owner, I was so grateful for the tips and information. When I have something go wrong with my pool again, I will definitely be giving Norris Pools a call."

"

I called Manny Saturday evening as I needed the trash removed on Sunday.   He was able to accommodate the request without any problem.  He and his son arrived promptly and were extremely cordial and efficient.   They were able to take everything we had and also cleaned up the yard and garage before leaving.

"It was a really good experience. Extremely competent and professional company. The whole process from start to finish was painless. The crews were awesome, cleaned up the jobsite each evening perfectly. Communication was good through the whole job and Bill required no funding upfront which is extremely refreshing. Highly recommend this professional."

"I called him and he came on time. He checked the pool, looked at my equipment, then asked me what day I would want it be cleaned. He was willing to work with me and was courteous. He did a great job on the pool."

"We had Everic Pool replaster our 19,500 gallon pool back in 2020. We were super happy with the quality of work and super impressed at how good of a job they did. We decided to contact them again in January 2024 to have our pool retiled. It’s a family owned business, which impressed us in the first place. We had contacted other pool contractors and Everic Pool beat all their prices. Thank you Everic Pool! ?‍♀️"
