Really nice guy, was courteous and respectful. Turns out the heater was leaking from the shell itself and needed to be replaced. He was able to drain and remove the old heater safely and install the new one in under 1 hour. The damaged framing members are now solidified. It took 5-1/2 hours plus $100 of materials. We appreciate that Kyle kept me informed by phone of his work schedule and, on the day of the work, his location. He worked fast, keeping the cost down. We agreed on a set fee per hour.
