"They were able to come out the same day! I contacted them around 11:30am and they arrived before 4:30pm. I was able to send photos of my garage issue so they could be prepared, if necessary, before they arrived. They arrived and immediately started working on the repair. Luckily for me it wasn't major issue! They also checked and adjusted the springs while they were here, as well as provide maintenance recommendations. I'm glad I was able to connect Pinnacle to fix my door! :-) The original installer told me it would be approximately a four week wait! :-O Thanks Pinnacle! :-)"
