I have a full size pickup truck for Pickup/Deliveries, or if you have a couple of small loads to move for moving, then i can help if you can help load and unload if needed, depending on the situation I charge ($45 to $75), if more then one load it's $40 more each additional load if so. (2.) Other moving options: If you have or want to rent the truck yourself and you just want one guy to come out and help load and unload you're looking at ($65) within the first two work hours, after the first two work hours is up it's $20 more each additional hour if so. If you have or want to rent the truck yourself and you want two guys to load and/or unload it for you, you're looking at ($165) within the first two work hours, after the first two work hours is up it's $50 more each additional hour if so. And full service, where we get and do everything for you, It'll be two guys with moving truck, loading and unloading, blanket wrap larger items such as dressers, tables, mirrors, glass etc. if needed is ($335) within the first two work hours, after the first two work hours is up it's $55 more each additional hour if so for most local moves, We also offer long distance moves too. (3.) Also if you have some odds and ends junk furniture, appliances, or yard waste, you don't want around anymore, I can remove it depending on how many pickup truck loads starting at ($75 for one load to $140 two loads) more than two loads is $30 each additional load. (4.) And if you have used or new furniture you just got an need someone to install/assemble it, I charge ($50 to $125) per item depending on what's being installed. We take a different approach to things and like our customers to have comfort, confidence and piece of mind. So unlike other contractors we don't typically ask for 50% upfront. We typically bill in 1/3's. Some jobs will require all material be paid upfront with 1/3 of the labor. So 1/3 upfront, with 1/3 paid in the middle, and the final 1/3 at the completion of the work. For complete remodels, renovations, basement finishes, and new construction we offer a free air duct cleaning when we are done with the job. This is not just our way of saying thanks, but also for health reasons for our customers.
