"They were remarkable. First, they excavated the minimum needed to repair our drain and install the CIPP liner. They saved our front cement and brick staircase (directly over the main house sewer line). They only removed one section of the sidewalk that was over the main house sewer line. When done, they filled and compacted the dirt, covered the lawn with straw (i.e., ready for me to add seed and to avoid erosion) and replaced the damaged sidewalk section. The workers were polite and respectful of both us and our property. There was truly minimal disruption to the household. We could not flush toilets or run water down the drains for about 3 hours each day they worked on the line. We contracted for repair of the pipe that was on our property. They completed this work in two days. We then added re-lining the pipe under the road to the county connection. The team added people for and worked late on the second day. Job done on day 3. The job took 3 days (as promised)."

"Had viking plumbing put in a new faucet and snake out my septic line out to the street in order to ensure we don't have a partial block that may be causing some slow drains in the basement. The faucet was to replace one that was not functioning properly. The technician arrived promptly was very thorough and did a great job. I have his number for future jobs. As an update i had him come back the following week to replace an older out side faucet shutoff valve in the basement and more importantly the water shutoff for the home. Good thing we did becaise he showed me where it was leaking and could have been a big problem on the future. Cost was abou $400 for this service."

"Not only were the leaks addressed, Drain Surgeon also wrote a memo to me as to what was found. The tenant had turned the hot water heater up to maximum. This resulted in deterioration of the washers and hoses causing the leaks. They even included a photo of the temperature mechanism set where it was when they arrived and as it was re-set once the repairs were done. I used their memo to discuss sharing the cost of the repairs with the tenant. I also use this same company for work at my own home. I am a very happy customer on both fronts. Thank you."

"The kitchen drain stopped draining today. I cleared the p-trap under the sink but that wasn't it. There was a clog way down the line and I couldn't get to it. Mr. Trujillo was able to come the same day and use his power snake to clear the line. Unfortunately it was after 5pm so there was an overtime charge so it was $275 total. Worth it. Mr. Trujillo is excellent. He is prompt, courteous, and professional. He gets right to work with no delay and cleans up afterward. I highly recommend him."
