"We had our sewer ejector pump running continuously one morning and we weren't sure if that was normal or not. We were referred to Paul by our neighbor a while back after he had some sump pump issues and we were so happy we stored his info right away. We called Paul at 7:30am and he was here by 8am. He was awesome! He told us what he wanted to do to troubleshoot the issue, see if he could repair it first, worked on it (cleaned it out, flushed it) and then informed us we needed to replace the ejector itself. Before he did all the work and before he gave us the estimate for the replacement, he had already called to Winchester and made sure they had a new pump for him to pick up, so when he informed us we needed a new pump of course our next questions were, "how much?" and "how long for the part?". The estimate was a good price (and it included the time he already was with us, get the new part from Winchester and installing it, all in the same day!) and he was off to another call and to pick up the pump. He called us as he was on the way back to us. He arrived and installed the new pump and a piece of melted PVC pipe that was warped from the old pump overheating and melting it. Paul was professional, timely and we will definitely be using his services in the future. He worked clean and left no trace that he was here working! Booties, took all the trash and even wiped the floor where he initially came in and had some wetness on the floor (it was ice storming the day he came). Thank you Paul and Priority One Plumbing!"

"Jacob arrived promptly. We live in an older home and have a cast iron pipe that runs to the main drain area in the court. We had similar situation 12/2019. Industrial snake used and what was pulled out was heavy utility towels that we determined had been stupidly flushed down by contractors that had done work in the home. It was suggested at that time to send a camera down to be sure no other issue, but we thought we were okay after seeing the utility towles removed, water was running freely through the drain in the basement. Well, part II, we're here again 8/2020. This time clog closest to basement drain freed up quickly. Jacob suggested most efficient way is to perform a jet wash blowing any remaining debris further out from the house out of the pipe into the main drain area in the court and sending camera down to see what's up. We agreed. Camera pictures revealed scale throughout cast iron pipe with largest amount of buildup further away from the property just as pipe neared main drain area in the court. Descaling will be completed tomorrow. Could have been worse. Thankfully no tree roots or pipe fracture. The Pipe Doctor's jet wash price best compared to other plumbing companies neaby and overall cost is competitive. Although we have the descaling yet to be performed, I have no doubt based on previous performance and today's performance/outcome there will be no need for me to alter this evaluation.
