When our garage door was damaged, they came 1 day after the call to survey and recommend a fix. When they couldn't make their scheduled date to install the new door due to another job, they called to notify us they'd be coming the following business day. On the day of installation, they came and 2 hours later were done. The door has worked great since then with no issues. We received the bill by email and paid online. Very easy and dependable."

"The installer - Jimmy A. Put in two long evenings of work to install the new garage door and automatic door opener. I can only tell you he is one hard working as well as easy to get along with individuals I ve worked with - he willingly put in the long evening hours as a favor to me because I was not able to take off from work during normal working hours. Jimmy did a superb job to install both the garage door the first evening then the automatic garage door opener the second evening. The job was completed on time with no wasted effort. He made sure the garage door and automatic door opener worked really well - explained what he did every step of the way and even took the time to help me program then re-program the remote opener and showed me how to overcome all possible issues that could prevent the door from opening. "I used Andrew's Garage Door Repair.  The last time I used them it was not satisfactory.  They came in to look at the garage door and said he was going to replace the back motor.  That process took about 4 weeks.  They came out three times and the first two times were good.  The reason I signed up to Angie's List is because they give honest feedback.  He said he would be back in three days and he wasn't.  He did fix it finally.  I had to make a lot of phone calls and emails and reminders.  I didn't understand that, I mean, I paid him the money he was asking for.  So he came and he fixed it and it is working fine.  They were here April of 2016.  It cost $500."

"From the first inquiry phone call to installation everything went extremely well.  I called Stoneberger Garage doors on Friday, Mar 27, 2015, based on a recommendation from a friend.  Our garage door springs and pulleys were in need of replacement.  I spoke to Amber.  She explained the cost and process for replacement of the springs, etc.  She also told me that if my garage was a standard 8'x7", they were having a special of $850 per door which included new garage doors, and replacement of all the springs, tracks, and pulleys.  I decided to have the doors replaced.  She said that Stoneberger could replace everything on Tuesday, Mar 31st.  On Mar 31st, Keith came out removed the old garage doors and installed the new doors.  Before he left, he explained what he had done and then he insured that all old parts and doors were cleaned up and loaded on his truck.  The price was exactly as quoted.  Amber and Keith were extremely courteous, friendly, and professional through this whole process.  I am very happy with the work that Stoneberger Garage Doors did for me and I would use them again in the future.
