"Jimmy Gusky HVAC is truly as good as it gets. One of our AC units went down and through the warranty company found our way to Jimmy Gusky himself. Although out of their territory, Jimmy was willing to make the extra trip to diagnose the problem. He was very responsive to get our initial service call scheduled and determined the unit needed to be replaced, and we all know these units usually decide to break down only when pushed to the limit in the hottest summer months and we need AC the most. He did the legwork to get the warranty company to honor the recommendation and as you can see from the attached photo put in a much more substantial unit that is doing a fabulous job cooling the home. Add to that he actually had the unit and scheduled the install even before the warranty company approved the swap out. I that isn't one of the greatest examples of outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to exceed expectations, I don't know what is. Big thanks to Jimmy and team for their commitment to excellence!"

"Excellent communication via text and email so you know exactly when your service technician will arrive. Tommy and Duncan were very polite and professional. They looked over the main water shutoff valve that I wanted to replace and then explained what they were going to do and how much it would cost. Completed the work promptly and cleaned up the work site before leaving. I would highly recommend DB's Plumbing and Drain!!"

"After a friend recommended Neighborhood Specialists (NS) to me for a hot water heater and HVAC replacement , I read the reviews. What stunned me was the company only had 5 Star reviews!! Could they really be that good? I was skeptical. But after meeting Stelios and working with him, I can honestly say I am convinced. They earn every one of those 5 stars they get! For more years than I care to admit, I have been using another local HVAC company and NS far outshines them. Stelios is responsive, honest, fair, forthcoming, diligent, hard-working and you can trust what he says. Each appointment I made with NS, Stelios was there early, twice waiting for me to arrive. He respected my time was valuable. I had never experienced that with my other service provider. In fact, whenever they gave me a window of time for their arrival, they NEVER came in that window. Stelios made preparation for every contingency. On installation day, he brought a tent to cover the outside AC unit as there was rain in the forecast, which never materialized. My other company always canceled appointments if there was even a slight chance of rain. As a result, NS will be my new HVAC/hot water heater service provider going forward. I am saying GOODBYE to substandard service, unfulfilled promises of service, and the constant waiting games!"

"Outstanding installation and good pricing for Carrier HVAC (Heat Pump) system replacement. Salesman was prompt and thorough, although he did not provide us any brochures, booklets, etc. Installer was courteous, experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. Took the time to ensure system was thoroughly operational, confirmed electrical requirements and changed breakers accordingly, cleaned up all debris, and explained operation to us. However, since he was new to McCarthy's, he did not have any installation or service stickers or other company material. The sales representative had promised the following to us, included in sales/order form: one year free service, service information and schedule, copy of registration with Carrier. Three months later, we have not received any communication or follow up from McCarthy's -- despite our calling, texting and emailing the sales rep and office. This is our primary concern: the lack of follow up and poor responsiveness."
