"I highly recommend Affordable Water Heaters! I found them on Angi, and Jeff called me back right away. He explained the different options and costs. He was very patient as I got other estimates. Affordable Water Heaters had the best product, the best price, and the most flexible scheduling. Jeff explained the process and how to maintain the water heater. After it was installed, Jeff checked in to make sure I was happy with the work. When it comes to maintaining the home where my family lives, I am an extremely fussy client. "Damaged tub, damaged toilet, damaged items in bathroom, left a mess everywhere in bathroom. (Then trying to get paid before I even see the job done and the damages, which they conveniently didn’t tell me about… BIG RED FLAG!) Re-entered a rental without permission or me present (and for a job we weren’t doing since the tech said it was a wax ring issue and they don’t do those, then trying to charge over $400 for it…then reattaching toilet…why would you do that if it has to be done again to fix the issue)? “Approving” jobs that were not approved by myself. Owner will not provide bond company/policy number (illegal). Techs don’t caulk all the way around the toilet (2x). Do NOT use this company!"
