Required several inspections by public works and Jim took care of scheduling, permits and everything.
 Water heater turned out to be rusted out too, so had it replaced also.  
Jim and his crew were extremely professional and easy to work with.  He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything.  Always on time and followed up after each visit to make sure we were pleased. Even came in on a Saturday at no extra charge to install the new water heater.
