We believe making relationships and quality of work are the two most important factors when it comes to business. We come from a long family history of IBEW union trained electricians. My father has spent the last 40 years working in the industry. I myself plan to do the same. The customer always comes first. "I had a disappointing experience with Stone Electric. They charged $2400 via Zelle for AC installation. When the electrician finally showed up, they could have been more professional and seemed to need more skills to handle the job efficiently. They installed a drain pipe higher than needed so drainage didn't occur; they left the freon gas pipe leaking. There was a six-month warranty, and when I called them to fix it the next day of installation, they kept blaming the head of the unit rather than the installation, which went wrong. Their unhelpful response and refusal to take responsibility were disappointing. I called Diakin company, and they discovered the real problem. I have to pay an additional $1100 to another company to refix the mistake they made. The unit was leaking water and frozen gas the day they installed it. On the phone, Mark, the head project guy, was rude and refused to take responsibility. Instead of a check, they took money via Zelle. Be cautious."
