"Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop.  For all intents and purposes, it was barely running.  If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response.  Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY.  He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. "I recently had a new furnace and AC installed in my rental property with Breeze Heating and Cooling. This is an old duplex with less than ideal space in the mechanical room and Kyle was able to customize and retrofit a brand new furnace and a central AC system where one did not previously exist while still making it look extremely clean and seamless. This was all done in less than a day. Customer service was excellent. Kyle assisted with the permits through the city and gave clear and concise instructions on who to talk to at the city to close out the permits after a final inspection. He also helped coordinate with the electrical contractor to do the final wiring with the new thermostat and AC unit. I will be using Breeze for all of my future HVAC needs."

"I contacted SOS over the weekend and the technician was able to come on Monday night (great considering my work schedule). He was on time (within the 2 hour window agreed upon), courteous and thorough. After he installed the unit in a timely manner (my 3 yr son thought it was really fast) he explained how to operate it efficently and gave tips for optimal wear and tear, very professional and thoughtful (above and beyond if you ask me)! "This company has treated me well, especially Mike Museus, who worked over a year (last summer and this spring) to find out why there was a fluid leak in my new AC unit. The leak didn't affect the cooling of my home so I wasn't concerned, but Mike was persistent, even to returning finally with an "expert" to help diagnose the problem. What they found was that the A-coil above the furnace was full of tiny pinholes. On the day this was to be replaced, Steve came before 9 a.m. to remove the defective A-Coil and install the new one. He worked on it all day, without lunch or a break, leaving shortly after 5 p.m. There was no charge, as it was still under warranty. With all that, he still took the time to explain to me why the replacement was so important: that the defective A-Coil could eventually leak enough to damage the furnace below it. Because he was using solder, I believe, to install the new part, he turned on the ceiling fan in the adjacent room to mitigate the fumes. My only complaint is that a few of my vinyl floor tiles were damaged/discolored by the soldering process. That part of the flooring has had water damage before and is missing a few tiles so, after a day of hard work, he may have attributed the damage to work done before. It's not a big deal; I just wish he'd have said something. I have to hand it to Steve, though; he was working by himself, which frequently required him to leave the furnace area to check the outdoor AC unit, then rush back to the indoor work. I think it might have been a two-person job. At least, an assistant could have facilitated some of the work done."
