"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. When the frames were put back, corners of the windows were not well aligned. Forces instead of careful alignment were used, had I not watched over all the time.
Seals of frames were not as tight as original ones.
