"I called several companies to price the installation of a water heater, and chose Modern Plumbing not only because the price quoted was very competitive but because Brian S., the owner, gave me frank and sensible advice on what type of water heater I needed. They picked up the water heater I purchased from Home Depot, installed it with a drain pan, and hauled away the old one. Brian even checked out my sump pump and advised me that the discharge pipe was obstructed and that I needed to take care of that or risk the pump motor burning out. Their team came on time, and removed old system. Installed new system, and re routed system lines better than previous installer at no cost. Even insulated exterior lines and added additional protection for them. Leveled the compressor. And installed a better humidifier. All while in these trying times? Social distancing was maintained even when they walked me through the set up my Nest Thermostat, and system training. Face masks and gloves. Work area was clean and neat after they were done. "He came be ause I had someone else replace my well pump and still had no water. He showed up on time and checked everything. He had to pull the pump again and it ended up being the wiring. He ran the wire the whole length of the pipe,at least 300 feet or more. Then pump the pump back in the ground. He installed a gauge on my water tank and made sure we had water before he left. All this in the humid weather that day. He was very nice and knowledgeable. And very professional. Would definately use him again."
