"We obtained several opinions and quotes, and decided to go with Mark and his team because they provided several solutions for the issue: 1) Install pipe underground that connected our sump pump output to a pop-up at the bottom of the yard, so that water from the sump pump could no longer saturate the lawn 2) plant topsoil and grass, so that the water had a place to go instead of just washing the mud down the hill, and 3) redo the concrete step at the base of our walkway with a gradient so that water would no longer collect there. All three solutions worked. We have since had two storms and our walkway has remained puddle and mud-free. Furthermore, Mark was very professional. Proactive communication, arrived on-time as expected. Called before he came by. Mark proved to be trustworthy, and followed-through on everything he said he would do. He brought in and laid the fill, seeded grass, and evened out a hump in our yard from poorly set backfill from a sewer line replacement we had completed last year. "I hired Devin to do some grading / dirt work in my yard. He is very knowledgeable about drainage and the way water moves through a yard. It helped that as we were discussing the scope of work he could tell me what the result of everything he would do would be with such accuracy. I know this now, as I’ve waited to write this review and we’ve since had rain storms. I would hire Devin again in a heartbeat, but I don’t think we’ll have anymore drainage problems.
