"These guys are awesome! We've used them for the 20-some years we've lived in Lee's Summit. They are always responsive and punctual. They get the issue fixed the first time without me having to call them back. Pleasant and professional. Quality work. Their rates are reasonable. We have purchased air conditioners twice from them and furnace once. They did all the paperwork for the rebates for us. I called them last week because the air conditioner didn't seem to be cooling properly. He spent about an hour looking for the problem, didn't see anything broken, but cleaned out an extremely dirty condenser - which fixed the problem and we've been cool ever since."

"Prior to calling Bob, we had several guys come in to give us estimates. Bob's estimate was by far the best and the work he did was top quality. He and his guys moved my existing furnace to a new location int he basement and installed a new AC. They also moved the hot water heater. I am very pleased with his service. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The company owner, Larry, and another employee arrived promptly to evaluate our needs. Based on their observations and our conversation, we identified exactly the right work needed to address our concerns. Larry provided a brochure that described the materials he uses for insulation and explained the difference between radiant barriers and other ways of insulating walls that extend into an attic. The estimate arrived within two hours or less of Larry leaving our home. It was fair and the scope of work agreed with what we discussed. He was able to schedule our work within two weeks of providing the estimate. The crew called when they were on the way and arrived promptly, as expected. They put plastic on our floors to protect them from tracking as well as from insulation bits. They also cheerfully showed us what they were doing at different points during the job. After foam sealing air access points around light fixtures, electric lines, vents, and framing, they checked our living area to be sure that no foam accidentally came through anywhere. They added long baffles to protect our soffit ventilation from being blocked. They removed old insulation bats from knee walls and replaced them with fabric and blown in insulation. They also used the same fabric on the floor of our storage area and replaced all of the old insulation in that area with new insulation that will work well with the replacement floor that will be installed. Our house is about 2100 SF plus the knee walls. The total job took about 6.5 hours with three crew members working non-stop. We would definitely use them again if we identify other insulation needs -- maybe our cantilevers?"

"Josh and his crew did a fantastic job.. He was at my house shortly after i contacted him to give me a rundown and explain all the various options and prices. My units were 22 yers old so it was time.. He was more reasonably priced and way more professional than the other two guys i got estimates from... from the time i said go i had a new furnace and ac in a days time. And this was no small job. "I was told a few months ago by a technician who works for one of the larger Heating/AC companies that my furnace was essentially totaled and needed to be replaced, as the unit would turn itself on or off, seemingly at random (it was not short cycling, it was something else entirely). I decided to get a second opinion from David at Complete Image. Boy am I glad I did! For the cost of a service call and hour of labor, he figured out exactly what was wrong, and fixed it. It was a solution that I'm shocked the prior technician didn't mention (perhaps because he was trying to sell a new unit for $3,000+). "Tap Heating and Cooling came while I was at work and my wife was home taking care of our newborn.  The technician, Jeff, was very polite and very quiet as well (as we had a newborn sleeping) which I found to be amazingly courteous.  He performed the cleaning and inspection of our furnace very quickly and efficiently.  When Jeff was finished, he let my wife know the the circuit board was mounted improperly, but that he went ahead and took care of it as it was a very simple fix.  As well, a filter was included in this service.  I had recently replaced our filter (not realizing I was going to take advantage of this awesome Angie's List deal) and he let my wife know that the filter was still good and that he left a new one next to the furnace for next time.  We recently moved here, but Tap Heating and Cooling is for sure my go-to in the area from now on as they showed nothing but professionalism, honesty, and courteousness while in my home.  Thanks Jeff and Tap Heating and Cooling, I'll see you in summer for my A/C tune up!
