"My AC isn't working so I called Wyatt Home Solutions for a diagnosis of my unit. He showed up and told me that my compressor was bad and I almost flipped a lid worried about the cost of this repair especially on this very hot day, but David assured me that servicing the unit would take only about thirty minutes and to my surprise I heard the fan kick on a little bit ago and has started cooling my house down to a normal temperature of 75 degrees. I really appreciate the prompt and honest nature of this tech and highly recommend him to anyone in need of good service from a reputable and reliable company. "Our commercial refrigerator stopped cooling on the weekend when we had to serve meals to guests. We called All American Applicance and they sent out a repair man right away. Matt, our service technician, arrived and found the problem quickly. He had the parts on his truck, replaced the broken fan motor, and had our refrigerator up and running in an hour. "Bottom line: Insulation Pros did a fantastic job at a great price! In December 2016 they transformed our attic into a tight environment that holds the heat in our house. After the first frost in January 2017, we noticed that the frost was melting on the roof where we have small vaults in our roof, We asked Larry, the owner of Insulation Pros, to stop by to investigate the cause. Larry quickly identified that cause as vaults that you can't really see from the attic. We asked him to go ahead and fill those vaults after he gave us a more-than-fair price. They crew arrived on time. Rather than drag their hose through our house, they were able to bring it in a second floor bedroom window. But first, they put plastic over the floor between the window and the attic entrance. I watched the crew member in the attic crawl on his stomach and put the pipe that blows the insulation deep into the ceiling vaults. We could hear it filling the vaults from the rooms below. The insulation in our attic is amazing. We are sure that our house is cozier and stays warm longer between furnace cycles. We're betting that we won't see anymore uneven melting on our roof due to poor insulation. This company does great work! NOTE: The pictures are from the original job completed on December 28, 2016."

"I was told a few months ago by a technician who works for one of the larger Heating/AC companies that my furnace was essentially totaled and needed to be replaced, as the unit would turn itself on or off, seemingly at random (it was not short cycling, it was something else entirely). I decided to get a second opinion from David at Complete Image. Boy am I glad I did! For the cost of a service call and hour of labor, he figured out exactly what was wrong, and fixed it. It was a solution that I'm shocked the prior technician didn't mention (perhaps because he was trying to sell a new unit for $3,000+). David fixed the issue very quickly, and taught me a bit about HVAC systems and Nest thermostat wiring in the process. I highly recommend Complete Image!"

"I received the Nest thermostat through the KCP&L program with the intent to install myself. I was upgrading from the older Honeywell Wifi thermostat I received through KCP&L. However, the wiring for my old thermostat and the NEST wasn't a simple "plug-n-play." (Even though I elected to install on my own rather than wait 3 mos for a Nest tech to come to my home). So, when I saw the advertised services for a smart thermostat install (with Nest pictured), I figured it was with the piece of mind to have a professional HVAC tech come out and look. -Setting up the appointment was pleasant. The time frame was flexible and felt like they were very accommodating to various schedules. -I setup a time for show up between 10-noon. Techs showed up just before noon. Within the scheduled window, but reminiscent of cable companies who show up just before their appointment window expires. -I explained the situation to the arriving tech including what I had attempted. He began asking questions about the Nest which began giving me pause (as they not only advertise for this service, but the implication is you should also be familiar with their technology). -tech called in the owner of the company who also seemed perplexed as to the operation. Both seemed less-than impressively familiar with the Nest thermostat. -After they left they contacted Nest support and forwarded me their Nest tech support post about my specific issue (again, something I hired these guys for and could've done on my own. But, I wanted an in home HVAC tech in person). I don't have any other experience with Air Sales and this review is only in regards to my experience and review of my specific purchase. My recommendation is: if you are going to advertise for a specific service, don't post a picture of a device you aren't as familiar with. Nest does have a list of Nest specific installers in the KC area. I discovered this after the fact."
