"I called Ben Franklin at noon on Saturday, and scheduled me for service first thing Sunday morning, but put me on a list if a repairman was available later on Saturday. At 4pm on Saturday I received a call that a repairman (Michael) could come. He arrived in ten minutes. Took a look at the water heater, and after several attempts was able to get the pilot light on. He let it run for about 15 minutes, and then turned it off and on a couple of more times to ensure that it was working properly. Michael was courteous and very informative.
