"I met the owners of the company upon my return home from a business trip.  My wife chose CAT Services, at 3:30 AM, based solely upon the reviews she read!  The business owners shared with me next steps and they were very sensitive to the fact that it was the week of the Christmas holiday.  We asked them to begin work right away;  which they did.  We loved the clean up crew;  mature, knowleadgeable and responsible team of gents that were very kind to my wife.  We trusted the entire team COMPLETELY AND LEFT THEM WITH A KEY TO ENTER THE HOME WHILE WE WERE NOT PRESENT DURING THE DAY.  No issues at all!

Before any work was done, the CAT team was keen to make us aware of proposed work schedules and they were always responsive to any requests we made of them.  However, the craftsmanship of the work crews was tremendous; tile, sheet rock, hard wood floors and the painters were unbelievable; not a drop of paint on the floors/carpets and they used high quality paints.  Place looks terrific!

When the work was near completion, I expected a lag in the final work efforts getting completed.  I judged incorrectly.... as busy as the CAT Services team is, they made sure to stay on the job until completion and I was totally satisfied.  They did a number of walk through inspections prior to our official close out / end of job.

If something of this nature comes up yet again in my future, I would only consider CAT Services.  That is how strongly I feel about the work ethic and integrity of the owners and their team of works but for the end results of all their work.  I bought a John Wieland model home some fourteen years ago.  It never looked as good when I moved in as my home looks today!  I hope I don't require CAT Services ever again ... but if I do, I will only on them to help me with my home recovery work efforts.

Sincerely,

Fred Merkel"

"I had a major flood in my home that affected two levels. Seeing as how I had never gone through something like this I thought that it would be a simple process to fix. I called my insurance company and Havoc Heroes was sent out promptly. Jackson and Eric truly helped me digest the fact that there would be rooms that required removal of my floors and ceilings due to the water damage. They were prompt and professional, but most of all they were compassionate about how I felt throughout this process. They explained every single step along the way. To have them around while repairing this chaos in my home was really a blessing. Thank you Jackson, Eric, and Havoc Heroes for the first part of my process. I would surely send anyone I knew with water or restoration issues to Havoc Heroes without a second thought. Thank you thank you thank you so much!"

"I only received a phone consultation, but the information provided and attention given was above and beyond."

"I don't know where to begin. I am so thankful for the people who did the work of removing mold in my basement. I wasn't expecting the great work they did. The basement looked better than when the house was new. They didn't leave anything undone. If you have a need for the services they provide, I would highly recommend them. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!"

"Just a great contractor with outstanding customer service."

"He did a great job and came back to ensure his work was complete. The first visit resulted in the hot water heater misbehaving due to being set too hot. His subsequent visit fixed the issue."

"Everything about this company is great! Honest, knowledgeable, helpful! I hired another mold remediation company to begin with, and they were completely taking advantage of me! Adam Higginbotham stepped in from Charter and tried every way he could to figure out where moisture was coming from! He came in cleaned up mold and disinfected and was out in 2 days! Do not let the big name Water Damage Companies make you over pay for hyped up charges! Try Charter, they are excellent! I would recommend them 100 percent!"

"I have never met a remediation group as responsive than Southern Premium Restoration, it didn't matter day or night when we needed them they we to us within about 30 minutes. I had 3 major floods in my primary residence, and they came in at a great price cleaned up all the water and fixed my property, and I have not had a problem since."

"Working with them was quick and easy. Their quotes were given on the same day that they came out and it was lower than the previous company. Customer service and attention to detail was great."
