"We called Leon wanting some information about the Rinnai tankless water heater. He was very easy to talk to and answered all our questions! He came to the house and gave a complete presentation, looked at our current system, and showed us where he thought the Rinnai should be installed.  Thankfully, he was able to also do all the gas work to hook up to our propane system. He came abut a week later and installed the Rinnai in one morning. We were so impressed with the speed, neatness, and cleanliness of the installation. It was completely working when they left with barely any interruption in our hot water supply. We are so impressed with the Rinnai and with the installation crew! We love the Rinnai, and the ability to change the temperature of our water for our needs. Thanks so much Noel Enterprises!!

"Technician stated hot water heater needed to be total replaced due to normal wear and tear. Hot water heater is initially the hot water heater installed in 1999 when home was built. Choice Home Warranty denied the claim after several years of being a loyal customer, making payments on- time every month. What is the use of having this warranty for times as this and when you need them, they denied the claim? Although the service was good, response time adequate, providing the services needed when your appliance break down and being denied repairs was disappointing and devastating, especially when coronavirus is rampant and you really need your hot water to wash clothes, dishes, bath, shower, and remain sanitary. I am so heart broken because I live on a fixed income and am disable, and can’t afford to purchase a hot water heater at this time. They determined that the water heater was not operating properly as a result of a lack of effective maintenance of the unit. What a crock!"

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"Great. They return phone calls and show up when they say they will. You should be clear with them if you want to be contacted by phone, email or text. The first time they didn't have a tall enough ladder (my house is unusually tall) and said they'd return the next day to do the job, and sure enough they were back the next day at 9am. The handyman was also very friendly. I definitely plan on calling them in the spring for some projects I'll need done then."
