I called Moh on Monday night and explained my situation and let him know that I didn't have any heat. He promptly sent me a text telling me he's be here by 10am the next day. He showed up at EXACTLY the time he said he would and immediately went to work. He cleared my oil line AND changed my mucked up furnace nozzles that hadn't been changed in years. He was quick, knowledgeable and took him time resolving my issue. He also suggested that I change to gas heat and I'm definitely going to use his company in the spring to do just that. It was HSM piping and heating who called within 15 minutes. A gentleman by the name of Ackeno was asking me many questions, but all along he could hear the concern in my voice of how worried I was. At 8:00 PM. He drove the 45 minutes to my house looked at my situation and assured me all would be well until a new water heater tank was installed. Ackeno was very professional, polite, and most of all honest when it came to what the cost would be, and what he needed to do. Within 24 hours my new tank was installed. The old one was very corroded and had served me well for the 12 years that I had it. No one wants to have to replace a hot water tank but if you do Ackeno and his team will make it the most worry, free, and pleasant experience possible.
