"My email was not working properly after upgrading the operating system and the computer was very slow. I called Joe's PC Repairs and within a couple hours of calling Joe he was at my house. Took my computer with him. Told me would take up to 3 days and within 24 hours received a call, coming back with my computer it was fixed.He replaced the operating system. After dropping off the computer I added the email and still had issues with email, printer was not working properly and computer was still slow. I emailed Joe with concerns. Joe contacted me via phone. Joe added TeamViewer which allows him to access Computer remotely. He accessed the computer and determined that there was a setting in Google Mail that needed to be turned off and this fixed the problem. My only concern was the problem was not initially fixed and I did have to pay for the 30 minute phone call and work performed on TeamViewer."
