"I called Healthy Home around 8:10 am Tuesday , hoping to get on their schedule for some time during the week. Lucky for me, they were able to send someone out that afternoon. Steve and Tom arrived about 5 minutes ahead of schedule and got right to work. They checked out my furnace set up inside first and then went out to the A/C unit. I had not been keeping up with cleaning out A/C every year, so while they were running some other tests, they hosed all the extra crud out of the unit. Within 45 minutes after arrival, they had diagnosed and repaired the problem. Tom and Steve explained what was going on in terms a layman like me could understand. I was very impressed by their punctuality and professionalism. I will definitely be utilizing Healthy Home for any future HVAC issues."

"Ridgeline came in and assessed the system and made us aware a cost effective repair was an option. Ted efficiently repaired our furnace and tuned it up. Their replacement cost was the best but we can wait at least a few more years until it's necessary!"

"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"The first guy that came out misdiagnosed the problem.  We had to have them come out again.  He didn't charge us, and did the correct repair.  They were OK with pricing.  Most repair places don't apply the service call charge to the repair charge, but Sears did.  The first person I talked to on the phone didn't know what she was talking about.  That call was very challenging, possibly because of a language barrier.  I would use them again."

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

"I requested a quote and received service with in a few hours. The technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. I would definitely call them in the future."
