We were worried we had leaks/water problems in the basement and scheduled an estimate with Always Waterproofing & Concrete Services to see what the damage is and what we'd have to save up to pay for waterproofing. Jonathan was our evaluator. He was so helpful and focused on assessing the problem over making a sale. Turns out we may not even need waterproofing but instead better ventilation! "I've had four previous foundation contractors come to the house who performed inspections of the foundation and all gave different answers. Howard Glancy with JES was the first to expertly use laser measurements and moisture readings to accurately diagnose the problem. His detailed explanations of the issues matched the readings and physical signs of the problems(cracked bricks, drywall, some mold, and bowing basement wall).
