"Once on scene they did a quick walk through and then began isolating possible areas until the leak was found in an outside faucet which was on a watering line and therefore no problem was visible. They then quickly fixed the issue and went over a couple of times to make sure that the problem was fixed. Professional - Knowledgeable- and Quick. The service is not cheap but then again an unknown water leak which you have no idea how to stop isn't either. This is my 2nd time to use them over the past 20 years. Hopefully will not need again anytime soon but same kind of problem and they are who I will be calling."

"There was a stain in one area that I had tried removing several times. After the Boys In Blue left I could not see it at all. I even got on my hands and knees to look for the hole I knew they must have cut in the carpet! I had tried cleaning grout with the baking soda/vinegar and old toothbrush method. That works but .... I didn't last. I won't try again. These guys are good, work fast and are professional <br />The rugs were really in need but my fear of having them done led me to a long delay in sending them out for the job. "I called Arkansas House Levelers because they work with water damage. I explained my worries over the phone because I didn't want Mr. Lee to have to make a trip over here if he could not do the work. Mr. Lee came over anyway, looked at my kitchen floor and agreed that it would have to be replaced, but he does not replace floors. Even then, he crawled under my house, told me it was wet because of condensation and that I would need to open all the vents - which he did for me, and that I may not need to replace any of the floor joists (which is something he does). Marty suggested I contact a home remodeler to get the floor replaced, then said that if they thought the joists needed to be replaced and they could not do it, to call him back and he would do it. <br /> After all of that he chaged me nothing. He would not even take a couple of dollars to get a cold drink - it was 95 degrees outside yesterday. I couldn't ask more. He treated me like a friend. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"All 3 who came to the house were very professional, courteous and diligent. They were great about vacuuming all debris that fell out of of vent covers they removed, as well as cleaning the actual vent covers. Price charged matched estimate provided over the phone. They called to confirm the scheduled time. Time to complete was estimated at 5 or 6 hours, but they were on site for 8 hours. This wasn't a problem for me under the circumstances, but under other circumstances it could have been problematic. Hopefully, I won't need to have the HVAC ducts cleaned again any time soon, because it is an expensive service, but if I do need them cleaned again, I will definitely call AdvantaClean. <br />"
