Cost was about 25% of what the Cooler Company wanted to charge, and I had to beg them for a Quote. Chatfield guy also noticed my AC condenser was in bad need of service (we was absolutely right) and took care of it the same visit. Was also very friendly and courteous."

"As a quick preface, the technician and service provided were good. They were on time and I am happy with the work they did. That said, I needed a new outlet installed in my garage. They were able to run the wire through the attic and did not need to mount the outlet into drywall. So, not a big job in terms of parts or labor (a bit over an hour?). They charged over $700 for the work. After asking a couple of other reputable electricians about it while they were here talking to me about another project, it turns out I paid at least double what an industry-standard rate should have been. Totally my fault for not getting multiple quotes before the original project. Another thing to keep in mind is that they charge a consultation fee to send out an electrician to provide a quote for a job. As I said, the work overall is good and I hope this is a one-off issue. That said, if you are thinking about paying Applewood to quote your project, I highly recommend you speak to a couple of other professionals first before the Applewood electrician is sent out."

I did call to let them know they made a mistake but no offer of a refund was given. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars."
